Hi guys to day I will talk about a balanced diet and as you know my name team is eternal. Now we will take about a balanced diet. we know that the food we eat affect our whole life. What does balance diet mean ?

Now we will take about a balanced diet. we know that the food we eat affect our whole life. What does balance diet mean ?It mean you eat a variety of foods without eating too much of anything. it's necessary for our body. Especially it's good for the digestive system. So what do must have a balanced diet. We must build a list of food sensible. Every morning when we wake up we should drink a glass of water it will clean your intestine and prevent constipation. then bread or areal with a glass of milk is a great choice for a light breakfast.At lunch we should eat somebody building food like rice meat fishes egg soup. it will help our body to have more energy and nutrients for the body to grow.At night we should have a snack such as vegetable fruits cereals soup with a glass of juice. It will help our body to digest easily and doesn't bloated control our weight and have a good bodyAlso we should eat a moderate a mount of fatty food and sugar. we need to limit eating too many food that are too hot to cold or to spicy.As you know, a healthy balanced diet consists of 5 types: vegetable, fruits, grains, protein and dairy. You should combined with regularly exercise routine a balanced diet can help a person reduce their risk factors for obesity or gaining weight . I think you can follow these tips as it is the principle of a healthy lifestyle.THANKS YOUFOR LISTENING
